Club Lifestyle is an exclusive benefit for Lifestyle Communities® homeowners, nestled in the idyllic holiday destination of the Bellarine Peninsula. Designed to provide homeowners with a fulfilling and unforgettable holiday experience, the original Club Lifestyle brochure was informative but lacked the emotional connection that truly reflects what
Club Lifestyle is all about. The brief was to refresh and elevate the brochure, giving it a more carefree, welcoming, and holiday-oriented look and feel.

 

Solution:

I explored a brighter coastal color scheme to capture the essence of the Bellarine Peninsula, while incorporating a friendlier tone of voice. This is enhanced by graphic wave elements woven throughout the brochure, guiding readers on a visual journey. Additionally, I designed spreads featuring collages to emphasise the holiday vibe, along with personal quotes and reviews from past homeowners for an added personal touch.
